After completing my Higher School Certificate, I went travelling the world.  I became head stewardess onboard M/Y Sofie B in Greece which was the start of three years in the Mediterranean working on board these luxury vessels.

I then returned to South Africa where I completed my Degree in Hospitality Management.  I emmigrated to Australia in 1995 and with Geoff started Major Yacht Services.

I managed a Gourmet Coffee Company for two years and then became the Manager of one of Australia's leading Fine Food Porvedor's, jones the grocer, in Sydney.

With my experience on Super Yachts in the Mediterranean and working side by side with the Chef's onboard these vessels, I know what they want and the quality they are seeking.  I have access to some of Australia's and the world's best produce and suppliers and know where to go and what to pay for it.

I look forward to introducing you, your crew and the owners to the quality that is available in Australia.
