Major Yacht Services Crew Request Form

Major Yacht Services provides qualified and motivated crew for local and international luxury boats. 

Not only are all crew initially interviewed before they are placed into our database but candidates are again contacted for a short interview before their CV’s are sent through to our clients to determine whether they are suitable for the specific clients yacht. We understand that attitude, personality and principles need to match the individual boat’s culture. 

We are confident by following this procedure that our clients will be satisfied with the calibre of candidates we send through and that it will save you time and money in recruiting appropriate crew.

It is a three step process:

Ø       Download our Crew Placement Agreement

Ø       Read  through our Crew Placement Agreement. When you are happy with our fees and charges, sign it and fax / email it through to us at crew@majoryachtservices.com.au or +61 2 9810 0144.

Ø       Lastly, fill in our MYS Crew Request Form and submit it in to us.

We will then contact you and forward all relevant candidates.

Crew Placement Insurance:

Please note we DO NOT charge any fees unless placement is successful. For further details please see our Crew Placement Agreement.

Notification of Employment:

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Major Yacht Services to the terms of employment such as candidates name, start date, position and salary within two weeks of hiring.
